Welcome to Community! Downloading your data to your hard drive can be done effortlessly. QuickBooks Online has the tool you need to reach your goal. I'd be happy to assist!
Here's how to export your data:
1. Select the Gear ⚙ icon in the top right
2. Click on Export Data under Tools
3. Open the Reports tab, set the date range
4. Toggle the slider to add or remove items from the Reports and Lists tabs
5. When you're ready, hit Export to Excel
Here's a helpful article for your reference, if you'd like to export other items such as non-posting transactions and attachments.
