How can I add different lot and batch numbers for each product line in a single QuickBooks Online invoice?

QuickBooks Online doesn't directly support tracking lot or batch numbers on invoices, @Abraham4.

To work around this, you can manually add them in the Description box for each product line.  
 

You can also add the Description field as a column in your reports to easily track batch numbers linked to specific transactions in QuickBooks Online. 

1. On the Reports page, choose a report you want to run from the drop-down list. 
2. Select Columns at the top.
3. Check the box for Memo/Description.
