Welcome to Community! Having the ability to email forms to your customers directly from QuickBooks Online is a great time saver. Although there currently isn't a way to view a list of sent emails, you can submit a suggestion to our Development Team. Customer recommendations are greatly appreciated to assist with improving your overall customer experience with QuickBooks Online. In the meantime, I'd be happy to provide an alternative, to help you keep track!
You can edit your company settings and activate the Email me a copy feature, to see emailed transactions moving forward. Here's how;
1. Open your Settings ⚙ and choose Account and Settings
2. Select the Sales tab on the left
3. Scroll down to the Messages section and click the Edit ✎
4. Put a check mark in the Email me a copy box
5. Hit Save and Done
