Hi there, Solomon. In QuickBooks Online Canada, journal entries don’t have the option to be inclusive of taxes, as this feature is only available in certain other regions.

However, you can use other transaction types, such as invoices, expenses, bills, or sales receipts, where you can choose whether tax is inclusive or exclusive.

Using these transaction types allows QuickBooks to properly calculate and track your taxes.
