You can find the original estimate data from the Audit log, Rodney.

The Audit log in QuickBooks Online (QBO) provides a comprehensive history of changes made to individual transactions. To easily get the information you need, open the edited estimate and navigate to the Audit history from there (please refer to the screenshot for your reference). You can also access it through the Gear icon.

If you'd like to visit the Audit log via the Gear icon, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks as admin.
  2. Go to Settings or the Gear icon and select Audit log.
  3. Use the fields on the page to choose the appropriate UserDate, or Events filter to narrow the results.
  4. Once located, click View in the History column to open the audit history.

For more insight about the audit log, please see this article: Use the audit log in QuickBooks Online.

After that, you can recreate the estimate with the original details if necessary.
