Great question! Modifying your forms is a great way to help your business stand out and set a good impression with your customers. There are a number of customization options and I'll gladly go over what they are so you can get to work with sending and printing your forms.
There are three form types that you can add unique customization options for: invoices, estimates, and sales receipts. All other forms that are produced in QuickBooks Online are reliant on the customizing done to the Master form type found in the Custom Form Styles section through the Gear icon. How the customization you add there applies to various forms, like packing slips, is dependent on the individual limitations of those forms, but you'll be able to add a bit more of a personal touch.
I can see that customizing a wider range of forms is important to you and I encourage you to submit your feedback about what QuickBooks has available by following the steps in this article: How do I submit feedback? It's a great way to share with us what we can do to enhance what the program has to offer.
Please note that we're currently running into difficulties with the QuickBooks Community where help articles aren't displaying. If you click the links I've given and it's not bringing up anything, don't worry! We're working on it and will get things back in working order as soon as possible. Feel free to check back on them later,
Take care and happy customizing!
