How to migrate data from QB online TO QB desktop

Thanks for reaching out to us. Currently, migrating data from QuickBooks Online (QBO) to QuickBooks Desktop is unavailable. 

However, here are alternative steps to help you. You can manually input your data into QuickBooks Desktop using the exported QBO reports as reference. To export, here's how:

1. Navigate to the Reports menu.
2. Search for and select the report you want to export.
3. Depending on the view of your report: Classic view: Click the Export icon, then select Export to Excel. For the New enhanced experience: Click Export/Print, then select Export to Excel.
4. Save the exported Excel file to a location you can easily find, such as your Downloads folder or your desktop.

Keep in mind that some transactions like transaction  history or reconciled bank statements may require additional adjustments.

Another way is to utilize a third-party migration tool designed for QuickBooks data transfers. To find such tool, click the provided link: Apps for QuickBooks Desktop Marketplace. This will direct you to the QuickBooks App Store or marketplace. 

Simply use the search bar to locate a migration application suitable for your needs. Just make sure to review the details of the application to ensure compatibility with your QuickBooks Desktop version.
