how to move the screen up to enter edited categories

It's a pleasure to see you in Community.  Welcome!  Having the ability to see full details of your work in QuickBooks Online is a must.  I would be glad to assist!

To display all pages properly, QuickBooks Online requires a Screen resolution set to 1024x768 or higher and Dots-per-inch (DPI) set to "Normal" or 100%.  Here are the links to check these settings on your computer;

In addition, you can use the keyboard keys to zoom the screen for QuickBooks by pressing these keys;

• Zoom in: Control + (+)
• Zoom out: Control + (-)
