How to setup email

Thanks for reaching out here.  QuickBooks Desktop let's you set up your email, so you can send transactions, reports and so much more, effortlessly.  I'd be happy to help!

If you have an Outlook email profile, you'll need to ensure it's 2010 or newer.  However, newer versions of QuickBooks can also use secure webmail.  Here's a helpful guide to assist you with connecting your email, based on your preference.
