I am getting the following error message while entering expenses : "Something's not quite right. Unexpected problem: -1" . Is anyone familiar with a solution please?

Thanks for reaching out here.  Getting an error message while trying to complete your QuickBooks tasks is concerning.  I'd be glad to assist!

If you haven't done so already, I recommend clearing cache on your browser.  I also suggest logging into your QuickBooks Online from another browser to see if you get the same result.  Preferred browsers are Safari, Edge, Google Chrome or Firefox.  In addition, I'd like you to log into your QuickBooks Online account in a private or incognito window.  If the issue persists, please contact us for additional review of the unexpected behavior.  Our Customer Care team will work with you directly and escalate the concerns to our Development Team for further investigation.

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
