i am not able to connect to proshop

proshop was previously coonect to QBO , but i refereshed am trying to connect it to QBO again , but now i am not able to do so

I'll share some situations regarding your connection of the Proshop application to QuickBooks Online (QBO), Nina.

 

When you previously linked your ProShop app to QBO, did you use a third-party app connector? If so, I suggest reaching out to their support team for help with the reconnection.

 

Here's how to check their contact details:

 

  1. Go to the left-hand menu and select Apps.
  2. In the My Apps section under Overview, locate and click on the app you’ve integrated.
  3. From the app information, you can check their support information.

 

Otherwise, you can contact ProShop to verify whether they still allow QBO integration.
