Question

I am self employed but have multiple revenue streams that I need to track and report on separately. Does Quickbooks Self Employed allow for this?

Hello there, Tarisai. QuickBooks Self-Employed only allows income to be categorized as Business or Personal and doesn't support tracking multiple revenue streams. As a workaround, you can use the Notes column to manually label and track specific income sources within the Business category for better organization and reporting.

If you need more robust reporting, I recommend subscribing to QuickBooks Online Plus or Advanced. These versions offer class tracking, which categorizes income and expenses by stream, project, or department for detailed financial insights.
