The Projects feature is an awesome time-saving tool that helps keep all of your jobs organized. The ability to enter a Single Time Activity is another great way to organize your project expenses, keeping everything in one place. I'd be happy to shed some light on this for you and explain a few troubleshooting steps you can try in order to get back on track.
To review any Time entries related to your project, follow these steps:
1. Click Projects on the left navigation menu.
2. Select the project from your list.
3. Click the Time Activity tab.
If you're not seeing the Time Activity created, make sure your drop-down menu's have been adjusted to show the correct timeframe and whether you'd like them grouped by Employee or Service.
If you're still not seeing your Time Activity, try some browser troubleshooting to make sure it's not an issue with your browser.
If the issue persists, try using an Incognito window in Google Chrome. This is a private browser that doesn't get impacted by cache and cookies. Here's how to do it: Browse in Private.
You should also try using an alternative browser all together.
If you're still having issues locating your contractor's time on the project, please reach out to our tech support team directly so an agent can investigate this further for you to get this resolved. These agents have the ability to remotely share your screen, and they can help you navigate the account and get back on track.
Cheers.
