I'd like to delete a chart of accounts that I've imported into a new quickbooks file.

Congrats on your first post in the Community. QuickBooks makes it easy to navigate so you can make the changes you need to in a timely manner. I'll be happy to provide the steps for deleting an account in QuickBooks. 

Before we get started, it's important to note that the equivalent to deleting an account is by making it inactive. Here's how: 

1. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Chart of accounts.
2. Find the account you want to delete.
3. Select the Action ▼ dropdown and select Make inactive.
