I don't remit taxes via QBO however, when I last filed for remittance I accidentally archived this months remittance instead of last month. How can I undo this?Thanks!

It's important that all your transactions be entered correctly for your books to be well balanced. QuickBooks Online Payroll is a great tool able to help you calculate payroll, deductions and contributions based on your employee's hours worked so they can get paid. I can provide some information about deleting a payroll tax payment.

To delete a payroll tax payment that was marked as paid in QuickBooks Online, but not paid using the E-Pay feature, you can go to the Taxes tab, then Payroll tax. Select the Payment history option, then click on the Payment in question to Delete it.
