You can verify the sales tax rate for your tax agency to ensure it's correctly set to 13%, rjpodlatis.

Here’s how to do it:

  1. Go to Taxes from the left menu and select Sales Tax.
  2. Click the Manage sales tax button in the upper-right corner.
  3. Locate your tax agency and check the rate in the Tax on Purchases column.

If the rate is incorrect, here’s what you'll need to do:

  1. Click the drop-down menu next to Make inactive in the Actions column.
  2. Choose Edit rate and update the tax rate to 13%.
  3. When done, click Save.

However, if the rate is correct, try logging out of your QuickBooks Online account and then logging back in. This will refresh your session and can resolve any temporary errors you’re encountering.
