Thanks for reaching out about exporting your customer list. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to assist you with keeping track of invoices and payments so you can know the amount due by your customers. I can provide some information about exporting a customer list.
To export a customer list, go to the Sales tab, then Customers. At the top of the list, located beside the Printer icon, there is the icon to Export. that looks like a page with an arrow exiting. Click on that and an Excel file will be generated.
You can import customers by going to the Gear icon, then Import data. Click on customers, then go find the file you exported.
