Question

I need to completely undo my first GST reconciliation. Can someone please assist on how to do this?

We converted from QB desktop to QBO and I made amess of the beginning balances and subsequent payments. I completed a reconciliation but it is a mess and I need to start over.

You will need to contact our support team to undo your first goods and services tax reconciliation. They have the tools needed to safely reverse a completed reconciliation and help get your accounts back on track.

 

  1. Select the help icon in QuickBooks.
  2. Go to the assistant tab.
  3. Enter "contact a human" and follow the prompts until you see the option to connect.
