I see in my advanced settings how to enter my fiscal year, and I've managed to sync my account but only to the start of this fiscal year. Can I sync last year?

Based on what you've shared above, you'll need to enter the the prior year amounts using a Pay Edits template. You'd have to get in touch with our support team for additional assistance with this. Here's how: 

• Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat. Support is available from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET.
• Social Media: Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
