I transfered money from my bank checking that is linked on quickbooks to my personal account and the transaction does not appear anywhere..

Welcome to QuickBooks Community!  QuickBooks Online provides options for recording transfers, when you move funds from one account to another, to best suit your business needs.  I'd be glad to help!

It's important that you're able to locate and review the recorded transfer in your Chart of Accounts.  I recommend reviewing how the transfer was recorded to ensure all required fields are complete, by following these steps; 

1.  From the left menu, open + New

2. Select Transfer

3. From the Transfer funds from dropdown, select the bank account that the money is coming out of

4. From the Transfer funds to dropdown list, choose the bank account that the money is going into

5. In the Transfer amount field, enter the total amount being transferred

6. Confirm the Date 

7. Enter a description in the Memo field, as you feel necessary

8. Hit Save and close 

To locate the transfer, open each associated account register in the Chart of accounts.
