I appreciate you reaching out to the Community, Michelle. Yes, you can void the paycheques as long as the cutoff time has not yet passed.

 

The ability to cancel payroll depends on your direct deposit payment speed. You can cancel payroll before the following cutoff times:

 

Next-day model: By 5:00 PM Pacific Time the day before payday.

2-day model: By 5:00 PM Pacific Time at least 2 business days before payday.

5-day model: By 5:00 PM Pacific Time at least 5 business days before payday.

 

If the payroll has already been processed, funds may have started transferring to employees’ bank accounts, which could mean the cutoff for voiding has passed.
