It's a pleasure to see you in Community.  Welcome!  QuickBooks Desktop is a dynamic program that provides the ability to import and export data when needed.  I'd be glad to help!

Employee information can be imported seamlessly.  You can import/export data with MS Excel, CSV files or Intuit Interchange Format (IIF).  To learn more about file types and what information can be imported, click here.
