 Hello Everyone, We are using Hubspot as our CRM and QBO Online.  We are currently using both systems separately and would like to find a somewhat seamless integration between these 2 platforms. We love QBO but ultimately spend more time on Hubspot and would like to start optimizing our backend and start using QBO through Hubspot. We'd like to know any uphill battles we may face, any roadblocks between the 2 platforms and the simplest way to maximize these 2 awesome platforms. Any recommendation, advice or suggestions are greatly appreciated! Thanks, Paul

Is the fixed asset manager feature available in the QBDT Enterprise suite?  If yes, where does one find it?It is not in 'Company' list as indicated on various video tutorials.

I just finished wrapping up the ROE for an employee that left and noticed that the Total insurable earnings is not correct.  The total of all of the pay periods in section 15C does not add up to the amount in Section 15B.  The government website tallies it up all correctly but not in Quickbooks, as is shown here: https://i.imgur.com/TqyEV1u.jpgDoes anyone have any idea why this is?

We recently acquired a portion or division of another company.  We have the financing for this acquisition recorded as a long term liability loan payable. Now, my question is, what is the best way to record the actual payments to the other company for the assets we acquired?

We have established part numbers in our inventory with costs and selling prices associated with it.   However,  when I create the estimate template I don't see an option in the advanced columns to select the selling price as one of the choices.  Am I missing something?

I have a client whose year end is January 31, 2020 and workpapers only has a drop down choice of up to Tax Year 2019. How can I get started on this very simple tax return? It is a new company who started in December 2019.

Looking at Quickbooks Online by Onesaas to utilize through Wix.  Can anyone provide their feedback on this app?  What were its limitations and what capabilities did you like?  Anything I should know about this app that will help me decide if I should use it or not?  Are there any other apps that are better than this one?Needing an app to link my website sales transactions to Quickbooks Online.

Hello, My company is planning to use new custom fields for existing database of company file, but I wonder if there is any way blocking (or just noticing) users from issuing invoices if selected item(s) does not have the custom fields filled in. The new fields will be used for sales reports, and I need to update around 1000+ items. However, there will be daily transactions made by multiple users issuing invoices, and I wanted to make sure all invoiced items to have the custom fields filled in from a certain date. Any idea would be appreciated. -Peter

When I get the year-end adjustments from the accountant, there are accounts that will not let me make an entry in. This year its the 1200 Accounts Receivable account. In previous years, a xx01 account was created to process the journal entry. The requested JE is1200 AR CR $509.951201 AR created for YE entries a couple years ago CR 2524.121250 Loan Receivable DR 911.771251 loan receivable for YE  entries created couple years ago DR 2122.30 Now interestingly enough, I can make an entry now into 1250 which obviously was not possible at some point since there is a 1251 account. I have searched and cannot find a mention of this issue (could be I just don't know how to word it correctly) How to I either a) be able to have #1200 show up for journal entries or b) deal with the entry if I can't access the correct account? Think it has been compounding over the years. I would really appreciate some insight!

When I try submitting feedback through the mobile app, it brings up "Matching ideas" as shown in this screenshot. When I tap on one of them, it asks if I want to subscribe to it but then it brings up an error message. From chatting with QB Support, I understand there is no place for QB users to view feature requests other users have submitted, so why is the mobile app showing these?
