Hello All: I am setting up my QB desktop file and am trying to decide if I want to set up jobs for each of my customers. I work at a school and so our customers are the families and students that are our customers generally for a maximum of four years. Does anyone see the benefit in creating a job for each grade level per customer? Currently, we just use invoices, but I am attempting to make better use of my QB file. Najah
Our non-profit has a new treasurer, but she's a Mac user, and we have a user license for QuickBooks Premier Editions 2018, (Includes Nonprofit Edition). Can we transfer our license to QuickBooks Mac, so that we can continue to use QuickBooks? If not, is there a workaround solution you recommend, so that we can make use of our existing user license? Thank you!
We are a Canadian based staffing and recruitment company that currently has both temporary employees (T4's) and independent (incorporated) contractors on our payroll. Is there a solution available that allows us to track the time of both of these groups of contractors? The process would need to include: Contractor enters hours into system.Timesheet sent to our client representative(s) for approval.Approved time then sent to us via web based app/quickbooks. Any help/suggestions would be appreciated! We need a way for our clients to approve the hours, return to the employee

Since then I discovered that I need to delete the tax that I entered on 3 insurance payment transactions and adjust the tax on 2 meal payments. When I attempted to make a revision the program told me that "saving the changes could put me out of balance the next time I reconcile. Are you sure you want to modify?" It asked me to select NO or YES.If I select "YES", will changing the tax really take me out of balance the next time?I selected "NO" as I did not want to cause a future problem and wanted to investigate the issue further.I need to make the revisions to ensure that the HST is accurate. Can I make the revisions and select "YES" and not worry about my next reconciliation since I am not adjusting the total of any transaction.I do not have the ability to "undo" the reconciliation like many articles and videos discuss.I have read numerous QB articles and watched videos but am not sure ho
