To isolate the issue, we can clear your app data, which helps remove any corrupted files or settings that might be causing this behavior. Here’s how you can do it depending on your device:

For Android devices:

1. Go to the Settings on your Android device, and choose Apps or Apps & notifications.
2. Locate and select QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).
3. Tap Storage or Storage & Cache and click Clear Data or Clear Storage.
4. Confirm the action if prompted.

For iOS devices:

1. Open your phone Settings and tap General.
2. Click iPhone Storage and choose the QBSE app.
3. Tap the Offload App to free up the storage.

Alternatively, you can access your QBSE company through a mobile browser, which allows you to manage your transactions.
