The data shown in the Sales widget on your dashboard is based on the entries you have made in QuickBooks Online.
It's possible that the transaction has been categorized into a specific sale or income account. To address this, let's undo the categorized transaction and record it as bank transfer.
Here's how:
Go to Transactions and choose Bank transactions.
Choose the bank for which you want to undo the categorization.
Click on Categorized.
In the Action column, click Undo.
Go to the For review tab and select Record transfer.
In addition, if you don't see the Record transfer button, I suggest clicking the transaction and tick the Record as transfer radio button and then hit Add.
