Is there a quick way or shortcut to get to the Reminders List other than using the Gear - Lists - Recurring Transactions and then clicking Reminders?

The shortcut you've described above isn't available in QuickBooks. I recommend sending feedback about this to our product developers so it can be included in future update. In the meantime, feel free to check out the current:  Keyboard shortcuts for QuickBooks Online.
