is there a way to add my printer scanner to this account instead of taking pictures of it and adding it to QuickBooks?

To clarify, is this for scanning receipts and adding attachments? If so, this feature isn't available in QuickBooks Online (QBO). As a workaround, you can continue manually taking pictures of your receipts and add them to QBO, or you can consider looking for a third-party application by visiting our QuickBooks App Market or by navigating to the Apps page in QBO.

Here's how you can look for one:

1. Go to My Integrations beside the bell icon.

3. From there, type a keyword in the search bar or click the Browse category button to filter the results.
