is there a way to import the chat of accounts

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks provides the ability to import your chart of accounts to save valuable time.  I'll be happy to provide more information so your on the right track for accomplishing your QuickBooks goals!

You can import and export files in Intuit Interchange Format (IIF) files. You can only import a certain number of list items and you'll find the limitations here.  For your reference, here's an article to assist you with importing IIF files and things to keep in mind.
