Question

Last month when I ran payroll I forgot to click Print Pay Stubs to get a PDF with everyone's pay stub detail. Is there a way to do it retroactively?

I have checked the Reports section and the closest report is Paycheque History, but it does not provide the stub detail.

Yes, there is a way to access the detailed pay stub information, even if payroll was processed last month, cmini.

Here's what you need to do:

  1. Go to the Payroll section and select Employees.
  2. Click on Paycheque List.
  3. Use the Filter to choose a specific payroll period or employee, then click Apply to generate the paycheques.
  4. Click Print pay stubs to view the pay stub details.
  5. For batch printing pay stubs, check the box next to Pay Date and select Print pay stubs only.
