Question

Mobile numbers are not included when you export customer data. Even when you do a custom report. How do you get mobile phone numbers to export?

I use Quickbooks online. I have tried looking for "mobile" in the report customization options.

We appreciate your efforts to export your customer's mobile number data, Valleytechhelp. When using custom reports in QuickBooks Online (QBO), you'll need to add columns for Mobile and Phone information using the Column feature.

 

Here's a step-by-step guide to generate this report:

 

  1. Log in to your QBO account.
  2. Go to Reports and navigate to Custom reports.
  3. Click on the Create new report button in the upper-right corner.
  4. Select the + Blank tile, then click Create.
  5. Click on the Start by adding data columns to open a left panel displaying various options for the columns you want to add.
  6. Under the More columns section in the Other category, select Customers to display a list of attributes.
  7. Check the boxes next to the Customer's Full Name, Mobile, and Phone to include these columns in your report.


 

You can further modify the report to match your business requirements and export it using the Export icon. If these options aren't visible, try logging out and back in or using another QBO-supported browser.

 

Alternatively, you can generate the Customer Phone List report to view a complete list of your customers' names and corresponding phone numbers.
