Question

My computer did an update and now my password for QB won't work and when I try to reset it tells me my information doesn't match their records

Can you access CAMPS and find your license code there?

Hi 4gal,

 

Thanks for your reply. I am using 2024 version of QB and I have all my license info, etc but when I try to reset it tells me my info doesn't matche theirs. But it's correct so it should.
