There are several reasons why your paycheck match does not appear in your Bank transactions, Aford. These can include mismatched details, incorrect bank account setup, or timing differences between QuickBooks and your bank.

Here are a few things to check:

1. Check the Paycheck details in QuickBooks to ensure the payment account matches your bank feed account, the paycheck amount exactly matches the transaction, and the pay Date aligns with the cleared transaction date in your Bank feed.

2. Use the Filters to customize the Date range, including the Starting Date, Ending Date, and Record type, in the Find other matches' window, then click the Apply button.

3. Manually assign the paycheck by categorizing the bank transaction under Payroll Expenses or another appropriate account if no match appears after following these steps.

For Direct Deposit users, double-check that the clearing account is properly linked to your operating account.
