payroll update for july 1 2025

Unfortunetly I am still unable to get a payroll update for July 1 2025

I have done everything suggested

Have talked and emailed with quick books support

Last week I was out of the office and someone had been trying to get ahold of me.

They did send an email giving me step by step instructions on deleting my quick books and re installing it again. however there was no where to say to back it up??????? now because i did not answer any calls from them last week they have closed my case

Any help at all is appreciated
