problem entering work location: the city, province, and postal code don't match (Alberta BC V5H4P1). Checked it on Google, and it's all correct. What should I do?

QuickBooks relies on data from sources like Canada Post or government systems to ensure compliance. Address mismatches occur when the entered information doesn’t align with the format or data stored in the system. To resolve this, we suggest using the Canada Post Postal Code Lookup Tool to confirm the correct address before entering it in your employees' profiles.

 

Once verified, enter the work location details into your employee's account.

 

If you're already positive that the address you've entered is correct but still encounter an error, you can refresh the system or log out and then log back into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account to resolve the issue
