receipts wont upload, added user and approved for uploading

no receipts will upload into qbo, tried from multiple email addresses and cleared cache as instructed

  2. Click Contact Us, and please enter what your added user is experiencing when uploading their receipts in the box provided.
  3. Hit Continue, and choose the Callback option.
