The rate column on the sales invoice is not wide enough for a 7 digit number. How can this be fixed?

You can adjust the width of the Rate column in your sales invoice by hovering your cursor over the vertical line at the top of the column until the Left-Right Arrow icon appears. Once it does, click and hold your mouse, then drag the column border left or right to adjust its size.

If you’re referring to the PDF version of your sales invoice after selecting Print and Preview, you’ll need to modify your default invoice template in the Custom Form Styles section.

Within the Content tab, you can resize the Rate column or remove other sections to create more space for the numbers. For detailed instructions, check out this article: Change your forms’ starting fields and settings.
