It's great to hear that you'll be participating in the QuickBooks Online Accountant, ProAdvisor training. It's essential that you're able to choose the self-paced option.
If you haven't done so already, I suggest clearing cache on your browser, to help improve system performance and web page loading times. In addition, I recommend trying another browser such as Firefox, Google Chrome, Edge, Safari, or a private/incognito window.
Should you experience the same result, I recommend contacting our Customer Care team at 1-855-253-1536 from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 8 PM EST. They will be able to to review the issue in more depth, and escalate it to the QuickBooks Development Team for further investigation if necessary.
