Next, we recommend checking your internet connection as a stable connection is essential for successfully transmitting email statements and ensuring that the email domain of your customer's account is correct.

 

If everything looks good on your end, let's test sending email statements using another sample company file. If that works, we recommend updating your QBDT to the latest release, as it resolves minor program issues.
