Trying to upload a receipt. I log in, get “logged in seconds ago,” but it sends me back to login. Password is correct; does online account not work on the app?

The QuickBooks Online (QBO) app releases updates regularly to improve features and fix bugs. If the app is outdated or the stored app data, such as cached files, becomes corrupted, it can cause issues like login loops or difficulty uploading receipts.

 

To fix this, we recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app to ensures you're using the latest version and refreshing the app to optimize its performance.

 

If the issue persists, you can upload your receipt through a web browser instead. This will help us determine if the issue lies within the app or with the account.
