Question

We scanned 100 receipts trough the mobile app but they didn't show up anywhere, normally we see them straight away. How do I get in contact with support please?

Our support team is available to assist you and ensure the receipts are uploaded.

 

Here’s how you can get in touch with them:
 

  1. Go to the Help icon and select the Search tab.


     
  2. Type Contact Us and describe the issue with the scanned receipts in the text box provided.


     
  3. Click Continue and select the Callback option.
