What is the difference between the to payroll Print cheques options -Desktop

Why when I finish payroll I have two options,  Print   or Print/Email...   how do you get to change it...

Hello, Mrscbooks. I'll explain the difference between the two payroll options to help you better understand how they work.

 

The Print Pay Cheques option allows you to print physical checks or pay stubs for your employees. While the Print/Email Paystubs option enables you to email paystubs to employees while also providing the option to print physical checks if needed.
 
In short, the Print Pay Cheques is exclusively for printing, whereas the Print/Email Paystubs combines emailing paystubs with the ability to print checks.

Also, these functionalities cannot be changed or customized, as they are set up as intended by the software. If you don’t want to use one of these features, you can simply close the window and move forward.
