Hi there, @beavsplumbing. I have a few clarifying questions to help me assist you better and provide accurate solutions tailored to your needs.

First, could you let me know which page you are using to enter time entries? Are you using the +Create button, the Time tab in QuickBooks Online (QBO), or a separate time entry system like QuickBooks Time? When you mention that this issue has only occurred since the last update, could you specify which update you are referring to? Also, did the customers appear before this update and disappear afterward?

If you're using QBO, please check your main Customer List to see if those customers are also missing there. The missing customers and sub-customers may have been marked as Inactive.

To check this, go to Customer Hub and select Customers. Click the small Gear icon inside the page and choose Include inactive. If the missing customers appear here with (deleted) next to them, click Make active.

If you're using QuickBooks Time, it's possible that the customers from QBO were not automatically added or synced into QuickBooks Time. In this case, you have to import them manually to complete your tasks.

If you're experiencing a different situation or referring to something else, please feel free to revisit this thread.
