When I upload the clients bankfeed QBO always asked me to complete a secure transaction.Then a code is sent to the client in order to proceed. How can I fix this

It's nice to see you reaching out here.  Welcome!  QuickBooks Online multi-factor authentication is a security enhancement in addition to the usual password requirement. A one-time confirmation code is sent to your client's email or mobile device to provide extra protection against password theft.  This feature cannot be disabled, as it ensures company data is protected.  I recommend reaching out to your client and ensure that you've been added as an Accountant user, rather than a standard user.  This will enable you to access your client's books with your login credentials used when signing into your firm.
