Where do I update block 11 on an ROE?

I entered all information properly for an employee, but when I do the ROE, it tells me block 11 is missing and I cannot seem to find where to edit it

    Block 11 is Last Day of Work

    Did you change the status of employee from Active to Terminated? You will be prompted to enter the last day of work when you change the status.

    Hi alena1,

     

    It's important that you're able to create a record of employment in QuickBooks Online Payroll seamlessly.  As mentioned by Accracy Accounting, when you change the employee status, you will be prompted to enter the last day the employee received insurable earnings.  To avoid error, this should be aligned with the last day of work and not the last pay date.  Click here to view block-by-block instructions, as noted on the CRA website.
