Thanks for reaching out about your tax forms. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help you keep track of sales an expenses so you know the profitability of your business. I can provide some information about tax forms in QuickBooks Online.

In QuickBooks Online, there isn't the option to generate T5 forms. T4 and Relevé 1 forms can be generated for employees paid using QuickBooks Online Payroll, as well as T4A and T5018 can be generated for suppliers.
