While using the App, how do I change the bank account where the money is deposited when accepting a payment ?

To update your bank deposit account in QuickBooks Online (QBO), we can use a web browser, as this feature is not available directly in the app, @welcome6.

Here's how to do it:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Click the Accounts and settings under the Your Company section.
3. Select Payments.
4. In the Deposit accounts, add Your Bank Account and routing number.
5. Link a Debit Card or Eligible Bank Account.
6. Click Done after changing.

QuickBooks will start depositing your customer payments into the new account.
