There are many errors that can occur between financial institutions and QuickBooks. However, there are times when further investigation is needed to resolve the issue in a timely fashion. When this happens you can manually upload your transactions so your account remains accurate and up to date. Although I do suggest clearing cache on your browser, if you haven't done so already, to see if you get the same result. Clearing cache will improve system performance and web page loading times.
