Why am i getting an error when i attempt to connect my bank account for transactions

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online banking feature enables you to connect your bank and automatically upload your transactions.  Getting an error message can be concerning and interfere with your daily bookkeeping tasks.  I would be glad to help!

There are many errors that can occur between financial institutions and QuickBooks.  However, there are times when further investigation is needed to resolve the issue in a timely fashion.  When this happens you can manually upload your transactions so your account remains accurate and up to date.  Although I do suggest clearing cache on your browser, if you haven't done so already, to see if you get the same result.  Clearing cache will improve system performance and web page loading times.
