Why late fee charges are not apply on overdue balance

We’re currently aware of reports regarding late fee charges not applying to overdue balances, @accounting689. To get this addressed, we recommend contacting our Live Support team, who can assist you further and review your account.

Here’s how:

1. Click the Help/Question Mark icon in the upper right corner.
2. In the search field under the Search tab, type ‘contact us’.
3. Select Contact Us.
4. Choose either Start a chat or Get a callback.
