Account Suspended and Funds withheld customer support keep transferring me to different agent took 4 hours and no resolution received my QuickBooks payments
My QuickBooks Payments account was suspended, then reactivated after submitting verification documents. After processing one payment, the account was permanently closed again and the payment was withheld. Old Account Company ID: [PII removed] Merchant ID: [PII removed] Transaction ID: [PII removed] Amount: $152.12 Status: Withheld Support told me to create a new QuickBooks Payments account to receive the funds, so I opened a new account and paid the setup fee again. New Account Company ID: [PII removed] Merchant ID: [PII removed] A support agent said they created a merchant-to-merchant transfer and gave me a case ID, but after speaking with multiple agents for more than four hours I discovered the case ID is invalid and no transfer request exists. I also never received the follow-up email the agent promised. I need help getting my withheld funds either transferred to the new account or paid out to my bank account.
